Completed estimation and take-off work

CCMeck Services uses specialised take-off and estimating software developed by Ensign Advanced Systems Ltd. to provide our service. This works by importing digital drawing files (PDF files in most cases). Once the drawings are on-screen, the Ensign software provides a full set of digital take-off tools to count and measure all the necessary details. This serves as a more efficient replacement for the pens, rulers and highlighters that would traditionally be needed for a paper-based take-off.

After completing the take-off, the next step is to import this information into Ensign’s estimating program. This enables the user to generate a complete estimate, with detailed breakdowns of all the costs involved in a potential project. There are several benefits to using this software-based approach, most importantly the quick turnaround time which allows you to gain an early advantage over any competitors still using the old-fashioned approach
